The HSMAI is a global association for the hospitality sector. The Dutch branch invited me to speak about KLM’s social media strategy at one of their educational events.
Organized in cooperation with RevenueProfs, the event was planned on a lovely spring day. Still, the majestic room in the historical Royal Tropics Museum was completely filled.
