World travels through amateur eyes

Slider

I‘m a hobby photographer who enjoys taking shots when travelling. Since the late 1980’s my equipment advanced from a Minolta X-300 and Minolta XD5, to a Nikon F801s (1996-2009), followed by a Sony DSC-HX1 (2009-2012, poor choice) and my current Nikon D7000. In 2018, I exchanged my Sigma DC 17-70 mm f/2.8-4 Macro OS HSM lens for a wonderful Nikkor AF-S DX 17-55 mm f/2.8G IF-ED. My telelens is a Sigma APO 70-200 mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM. I’ve also used pocket size cameras, including a Canon PowerShot SD300 and a Nikon Coolpix P310.
